Before: The home needed significant updates to bring it to modern standards. All the flooring required replacement with gorgeous hardwood to enhance the space’s flow and warmth. The bathrooms were outdated and needed a complete refresh, and the interior paint lacked the crisp, clean look needed to highlight the home’s coastal charm.

Design Vision: To create a bright, inviting retreat inspired by Del Mar’s coastal charm. The design focused on airy finishes, soft textures, and natural materials to enhance flow and warmth.

After: This remodel brought fresh sophistication to every room, with an open floor plan, light-filled spaces, and a soothing neutral palette accented by soft blues. Thoughtfully selected fixtures, warm wood tones, and curated decor create a timeless, inviting coastal retreat, perfect as a high-end rental.
