Before: This 1960s architectural gem had the bones, the history, the story—but it needed a refresh. The sunken living room had lost its drama, the kitchen was stuck in time, and overgrown landscaping blurred the home’s signature indoor-outdoor connection.

Design Vision: Honor the home’s original character while introducing modern materials and finishes. By highlighting key elements—like the wood-slatted ceiling, circular island, and crisp contrasts—we created a space that feels both timeless and contemporary.

After: A seamless blend of old and new. The rich ceiling textures now pop against fresh white walls, the kitchen boasts sleek cabinetry with high-contrast black and gold finishes, and a carefully selected stone slab ties together warmth and bold accents. The result? A refreshed mid-century gem with lasting elegance.
