What made this project unique was that it was completed entirely virtually, showcasing how we can deliver exceptional design services no matter where our clients are.
The Challenge: A Long-Distance Remodel
Our Nantucket-based client wanted to refresh their kitchen and opted for a fully virtual design process to achieve their vision. With our experience in virtual design, we knew we could meet their needs effectively and efficiently.
Our Virtual Design Process
Consultation and Vision Setting Taylor, our lead designer based in San Francisco, kicked off the process with a virtual consultation to discuss the client’s vision. Through video calls and shared digital boards, we quickly aligned on the style and functionality they wanted to achieve.
3D Imaging Using advanced 3D imaging software, we created a detailed model of the proposed kitchen. This allowed our client to “walk through” their new kitchen virtually and get a real sense of how everything would come together.
Guided Decision-Making Throughout the process, Taylor provided expert advice on materials, layouts, and finishes. We made sure our client felt confident in every decision, with all selections made through our seamless online platform.
Efficient Collaboration Any necessary revisions were handled with ease. The client could see changes in real-time, ensuring the final design was exactly what they envisioned.
Project Management Even from afar, Taylor managed the project meticulously, coordinating with local contractors and keeping the client informed at every stage.
